Our volunteers are critical to everything that happens at Cloverleaf Equine Center. From the very beginning, volunteers have been the backbone of our program. Their support has allowed up to cultivate a community for individuals to connect, grow, and thrive.

How You’ll Help:

Volunteering at Cloverleaf is more than giving of your time, it’s a full immersion into the Cloverleaf community.
  • Volunteers assist clients in their riding and horsemanship sessions.
  • Help with horse care, barn chores, and facility maintenance.
  • Support at special events, raise funds for important programs, and serve on the Board of Governors.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteer Responsibilities and Requirements

Be at Least 14 icon

Be at least 14 years of age. All volunteers over 18 will complete a background check with Cloverleaf Equine Center.

Be Able to Walk Icon

Be able to walk, jog short distances, and assist riders for at least 50 minutes during lessons

Attend an Intro Volunteer Training Icon

Attend an Intro Volunteer Training. No horse experience required.

Follow Cloverleaf Safety Procedures Icon

Follow Cloverleaf safety procedures and be able to work independently with little to no supervision

Commit to Consistent Volunteer Schedule Icon

Commit to a consistent weekly volunteer schedule.

Help Fellow Volunteers and Staff Icon

Help fellow volunteers and staff with all aspects of horse care including grooming, stall, mucking and feeding
