Erica joined the Cloverleaf team in October of 2022 as the Executive Assistant. Her role includes working directly with and scheduling events for the Executive Director and Board of Directors, managing various projects for organizational fundraisers and events and participating in adventures with the rest of the staff. 

Erica holds an A.S. in Radiologic Technology from Xavier University and a B.A. in Psychology from Elon University. She was employed for 10 years as a Radiologic Technologist with Novant Health; however, her passion has always been working with non-profit organizations. She has worked for over 25 years with various organizations and businesses that partner with non-profits to host events that raise awareness and funds for their causes. Her partnerships have included Habitat for Humanity, Alpha-1 Foundation, Checkered Flag Foundation, Hospice & Palliative Care, Rhode Island Free Clinic and The Izzy Foundation, to name a few. 

In her spare time, Erica enjoys sewing, gardening, mountain biking, running adventure races with her husband and hanging out with her two kids.
