Christina Germinario was promoted to Operations Director at Cloverleaf in 2021, after having served as the Equine and Facilities Manager since 2015.

In her role she oversees the needs of our expanding facility and equine herd, and provides leadership and strategic direction for the areas of facility, equine management, and volunteer management.

Christina completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Longwood University in 2015. She has been a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning since 2016.

At the age of 11, Christina started riding and she was rated up to C2/HB in a pony club in the Northern Virginia area. She likes spending time outdoors with her family and traveling in her free time.
