Tracy Bays
Development Associate
Tracy joined Cloverleaf in July 2024 to fulfill her dream of fundraising for its essential goal of growing resources for its clients, staff, and horses. Tracy supports the Development Director with fundraising efforts and maintaining stewardship of donors, and coordinates the Sponsor A Horse program, donor events, and the Cloverleaf Polo Classic auction.
Tracy discovered Cloverleaf’s impactful therapeutic services when at her mother’s assisted living home. Cloverleaf regularly brings its horses and mini horses to the homes for engagement activities, like grooming and playing games. When asked what she admires most about Cloverleaf, Tracy always references the profound effect that this experience had on her mother, who had been an avid horsewoman and who was having difficulty transitioning to her new group home. The horses brought a sense of calm and security to her, making her new place feel like home. Many years later, Cloverleaf’s visits continue to be the highlight for her!
Tracy graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Psychology and has extensive experience in client relationship development, and project and events management. She grew up living and traveling overseas, which she still enjoys, and is a seasoned beekeeper.
