Meredith Delaware

Treasurer

Meredith Viens Delaware has 20 years of experience in strategy, business operations, and analytics. Meredith currently serves as a Director at Booz Allen Hamilton overseeing strategy, financial management, and risk for a $2B business unit supporting national security clients. In this role, she designs strategy, builds risk mitigation approaches, and ensures financial goals are achieved. Over her career, Ms. Delaware supported multiple defense and intelligence organizations in the areas of analysis, wargaming, economic policy, emerging technology, and modeling and simulation.  She graduated from William and Mary in 2003 with a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. Meredith continued her academic studies with three certifications from Mercyhurst University and completed the General Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.  Ms. Delaware is the Chair of the Board of Advisors for William and Mary’s Washington Center, supporting strategy development, scholarship fundraising, and mentorship of students.  

An avid equestrian, Meredith started riding 13 years ago as a student in the Cloverleaf public lessons and joined as a volunteer side walker. She now owns her own horse and rides multiple times a week. She is looking forward to helping support Cloverleaf’s continued success, her passion for organizational effectiveness together with her passion for horses.
