DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to take some time in nature to de-stress\, connect with horses\, and give back to yourself?  \n\n\n\nWe invite you to join us for our end of summer Equine-Integrated Wellness Workshop for Caregivers on Saturday\, August 16th from 1:00 – 3:30pm. This mini-retreat is open to all kinds of caregivers — including parents and guardians\, people who care for family or friends of all ages\, people in caregiving professions\, or those who volunteer their time supporting others.  \n\n\n\nDuring this unmounted (non-riding) session\, we’ll engage in self-reflection\, nature-based mindfulness\, and herd observations and connection that bring into focus the areas of life where you deserve support. Experience with horses is not necessary to participate! Spots are limited to 6 participants.
